Sleep Study Rip-Off

Trump killed this bs sleep apnea crap as far as regulation...and if anyone is dumb enough to answer a question that gives cause for it....they deserve what they get.

 

Proof????? As far as I know Trump has not touched this issue at all....

 

I am 39 yrs old. Approximately 5'9" and 200 lbs. Perhaps slightly overweight for my body type, but no stranger would say I'm fat at a glance...
I have never watched what I eat, or followed an exercise regimen, nor have I ever been athletically involved. All of my adult life my weight has been steady give or take 10 lbs.
I have always passed the DOT physical with flying colors. No high blood pressure, etc., but I have recently started a diet mainly because of a concern about the games that are being played with our livelihood involving sleep studies, BMI, neck girth, and sleep apnea.
It's a healthy step for me to diet, but I'm doing it for all of the wrong reasons, mostly because I fear that I could be pegged "at risk" during my next physical, by doctors who are having their pockets greased by big pharma. Its my paranoia in a situation that I shouldn't really have to worry about.

 

Yep....not a problem. Trump is the best friend drivers have had in the White House in many many years.

That article, although somewhat informative, is extremely one sided against Trump's actions and only reports on the % of the industry that may truly have problems with sleep apnea. Why doesn't the article talk about those who have been unnecessarily made to jump through hoops at the expense of lost time at work and paying out of pocket expenses?

Sounds like Trump did say something about the issue...…..but, I guess
my question is has the FMCSA guideline actually changed.....for the
record I got caught in this mess several years ago. This issue affects me
directly......any solid evidence would be much appreciated. Thanks.
