Bring the truck to a mechanic you trust and ask him to check everything (turbo, transmission, clutch, differentials) and fix problems in advance, because it will be far more expensive, if something goes wrong in the middle of nowhere.

9.5 million lol....i think you won the world record for oldest truck on original engine. They must have done some team driving lol.
Anyways, If all looks good, then go with it. If you've had it for a year, you know how reliable it is. Miles is just a number..if the truck is well maintained, then make it work hard. Besides, long haul is probaly easier on the truck then local.guru2323 Thanks this. -
ops i meant 950,000 miles ... anyways thanks guys , hopefully i can make some money running all over US

If you want to get a very good diagnosis Take it to a detroit dealer and ask for a full spec dyno run, Be sure your tires are matched and aired properly, and all oil levels are correct.
950,000 is not a lot if the unit was maintained properly.guru2323 Thanks this. -
yes i did take it to Detroit about 3 months ago and everything was good. just minor leaks , back housing n rear main seal . got the rear main seal done so i should be ok
