We are putting a lift axle on an WesternStar and the DEF pump must be relocated due to space issue.
Is there rules for the eight of the pump compare to the DEF tank. Like does it have to be lower than the tank or we can put it higher than the tank. If higher will we have probleme drawing the DEF in the pump

^^^best to contact your local dealer. They likely deal with scenarios like this all the time. If you're still under warranty and have a failure they will likely kick your claim back in a heartbeat if you didn't relocate it properly.
