1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I am. I’m no rookie and I speak and act very professional. I say that because I have been given low mile loads. 399 was my lowest. I had to contact the TM after speaking with my dispatcher several times. I was banging those easy miles out in 9/10 hrs with 14 hours to sit. Enough is enough... I said. I’m also from the Northeast and I can easily go back home and make 28.00 an hour with OT after 8 and double time after 12. We have billboards stating exactly that. I’m also not overweight so manual labor doesn’t bother me.
Crete and I came to an understanding, I want to run! I communicate when I’ll be empty and they will give me no time to sneeze. I choose the road, I like the road. I actually do! There’s something about that silly dotted line and of course the places I go that I enjoy. Even doing the weak runs I was getting 2700 a week. Now, I’m doing longer runs. 1500+ mile runs. They treat me like a super solo which I like. I won’t let them down and I show them that.
I was actually surprised, there were a few days I was hitting 651 miles a day with my lil red 65mph truck. Of course, the left door stayed shut. Respect goes both ways. 21 days was up and they asked if I wanted to go home. I said, “Why would I want to go home”? “The party is just starting and I wouldn’t want to miss it”!

Very experienced (16 years)... local and OTR. All endorsements and a smart guy. Spotless record and PSP and DAC.
My problem is I like to run.
Looking for (3) 1000 mile runs a week. In a triangle or back and forth. Hometime doesn’t matter, show me the money and I’ll atay out here. No 1099. Per diem please @ 63.00 a day off my gross is fine.
    Dry or reefer only.
    No mid roof.
    Auto or 10 is fine.
    Newer truck, 2016 or up.
Don’t reply IF you can’t offer the above. I’m not financially hurting so it wouldn’t benefit either party. I’ll just leave so please be truthful. No honeymoon stages, I want this year round.
Same trailer is okay but after 1 hr I want detention. No waiting period when you get paid for me to get detention. Multi stops are okay but 50.00 each stop.
I would prefer 1 pick 1 drop but it’s okay. Fueling where I want too. Loves or Pilot, I use both.
Must have best pass in truck. I’m not avoiding major tolls.
    Real miles no PC.
I’m not paying for scales or misc so please open up the fuel card. I don’t do cash advances. I can also run a load board. I’ve done that too.
IF I’m not running on all 4 cylinders I get board and that’s why I’m writing this. The company I’m with is not using me correctly. Run me!
AND I’m NOT the Easter Bunny so NO short hops. Please no sugar coating your offer.

    CorsairFanboy Thanks this.

Here at Peterson Long Haul up in Manchester, New Hampshire $200 of your income every week is classified as tax-free per diem.

We would pay you 25% of the load, so if you want to make $1,500 a week then you'd need to run minimum about 2700 miles a week. If you want to run more you can run more.

You would run the Landstar load board.

Running a triangle, probably down south then to the Midwest, and back home to Mass or the reverse. Good freight lanes.

W2 employee. 4 weeks yearly vacation. We don't care about tolls just get the load there on time. And you get a company credit card for emergencies and legitimate expenses.

We can get a tractor you'll like. Have 2 dryvans and a reefer trailer.

We are a Landstar BCO, so a clean record is the only way to get on with us.

If you seriously have a clean record, and can run like that, then give us a call 603-289-9611 during the day and 603-716-3032 at night.
