And don't tell me that threatening someone to bring a gun a him because he takes too long at a fuel island is something normal in FL and GA.
Shots fired at fuel island. Who’s at fault here?

why is this a problem? if for every two clowns, one killed the other, there would be half as many clowns. they should sell ammo at truck stops. keep your head down and watch your lane!
longbedGTs, Woodys, Dumdriver and 6 others Thank this. -
I don't care as long as they aim right and I am not next to them taking a stray bullet while fueling.Snailexpress and 06driver Thank this.

In and around Atlants yeah it happens more than you would think. Been more than one arrest over at the Bouldercrest Pilot, and they shut down the one on exit 16(?) Because of a shooting. Cobb county declared it a public nuisance like the TA off Westmoreland and seized it.

I blame Tire Pass.
shogun, Grumppy and Aamcotrans Thank this. -
Don’t care. Don’t take your break on the fuel island.
DSK333 Thanks this. -
No problem. I won't. You threaten someone (with any weapon) and you'd better be ready for a response. The man may have been in the wrong holding up the pump but he was totally in the right to defend himself against an attack of any nature. The guy who brought a weapon into it was an absolute LOSER and he got what he deserved. He could have handled that in a much better way. Oh well, now he won't be handling anything except some medical bills and medications.Last edited: Sep 15, 2018
Pumpkin Oval Head, 06driver and Grumppy Thank this. -
Maybe the guy was stalled. It happened to me too ... The starter died. Gee I am seriously glad now, I did not get shot and died along with it.Pumpkin Oval Head Thanks this.

That's my point! Now, if some idiot came up to you and threatened your life with a weapon while you were broke down; what would you do about it?
-
I think I got it wrong...the story. It was the guy blocking the pump who came up to the guy parked behind him and shot him while he was in his truck brandishing the gun. If that's the case, the shooter is the attacker. The guy sitting in his truck was ...at home and he got shot by the...pretty much intruder So, the guy who took the break at the pump shot the guy who told him to get the f... out there or he would bring a gun. The shooter action could be seen as a preemptive action to defend himself though. It is too f..ed up for me!Snailexpress and STexan Thank this.
