I have all kind of cordless Milwaukee M18, series saw, grinder, drill 3 impact , all using same 18v battery.
This is still one of the best powerful nut buster after 3 years, i can remove the wheel lug nuts , since I got it, when see bolts around I feel like playing with it.Attached Files:

Not mine but a new company truck ( where I’m leased) Yes it is bolted. No HUCKS.

I was in the Chillicothe OH KW plant a couple of years ago, one of the old hands I was speaking with did not have anything good to say about these new trucks. Glue and Chineseium steel that used to be hulk bolts and aluminum. And from what I have seen of these new KW's and the issues many are having, electrical and more than a few questionable components, I'll stick with my ProStar. All of the manufacturers have cheapened their trucks, 500,000 mile throwaways. Sad.

Chillicothe is building the bulk of the fleet trucks KW is producing that use the modern cab, this is why they dont see many huck bolts anymore, they were only used on cabs anyways.
None of the KWs I have owned have ever had anything besides bolts on anything mounted to the frame.
I am curious why you think that traditional fasteners on a plastic cab would do better that the adhesive that they use to bond the pieces together now? I have a friend that put is replacement roof cap on his 359 with adhesive, it fits better now than his factory huck bolted roof did/ -
It is not really a slap at KW, as I stated at the end of my post. All of these manufacturers have cut corners in the manufacturing process and are using, like the worker at KW stated, parts and processes of lesser quality. Trust me, there are plenty of complaints to go around for the ProStar as there is for any other manufacturer.Oldironfan and Johny41 Thank this.
