Well Sir I would sure like for u to contact me because everyone that I've spoken with has been absolutely rude & disrespectful. I'm living this nightmare rite now & though I'm not bashing Wtf completely this experience is far from pleasant!!!!! Some repairs have been made to my purchase but to allow dealers with shady practices & blatantly lying to a man trying to feed his family is unacceptable! MHC of Mphs (PLACED) me in my situation & only after realizing I do have a case that could get messy was something done about it however now I'm basically just rebuilding a POS at my own expense & struggling to make payments due to this partnership u have with MHC. I bought the truck on Dec18-2017 but couldn't haul a load until 6/14/18 & as of Aug 7th I've lost lease contract, credit ruined, stressed out,etc etc & talked to in a very rude uncompationate fashion by your staff numerous times only to cross fingers & pray I can make a couple light short loads per week in efforts of not being homeless & hungry...not one ounce of my situation is fabricated so if u would please contact me asap to resolve & I will more than gladly come back with a public thank u! We shall see! Hope to speak with u soon!

Good afternoon Dave,
I just recently experienced a financial hardship and called into the company to see if I could arrange for a deferment and was told I only had two options available to me which was to pay 10 days later with no penalties or to pay 15 days later with a 10% penalty . I was hoping to get a full month extension but was told no that was not possible under the terms of my agreement mind you that I have never missed a payment in over a year and this was my first time requesting an deferment of payment.
Being you guys directly finance the purchases, you would think you guys would have a more favorable deferment plan to help anyone who might be enduring a financial hardship due to a breakdown of their equipment thus incurring a loss of revenue and expenses both at the same time.
My only suggestion in all of this, is you guys really could do a much better job of working with people on deferments then what you guys offer under your lease purchase agreements. 10 - 15 days simply isn't enough time to recover in most cases.Super-Trucker Thanks this. -
With Harley finance.
1 day late you either pay entire loan or turn over property. Those are the only 2 options with them. -
I hate to say it but if you buy a truck without doing your due diligence (ie oil samples, proper inspection, dyno etc) please don't ##### and complain when you drop a liner a month into ownership. Ultimately YOU chose to buy the truck. Nobody forced you to purchase it.

Is this the same WTF in houston?

I will recommend anybody who I want to be stress free to stay away from this company.
They just see you as a business transactions anytime you talk to them . They are in wrong business. I’m trying to pay this truck as soon as possible because I got enough of them . Quick rich company. -
Man I don't even have to say anything, it's crazy reading about your life from strangers. Everything that was mentioned on here I basically have gone through with wtf. But when I drop my own post I'm putting emails, receipts and the whole nine yards on mine. Any drivers want to team up for a class action lawsuit give me a buzz.

What if your air compressor goes out 3 days after purchase, water pump goes bad within a month, the front of the truck can’t be aligned because freightliner discontinued the part necessary to do it for safety reasons and to get the up to date correct part put on is over 10k, AND your transmission breaks and is not covered by the warranty because it’s not a lubricated part of the transmission and that repair is 5k , all within a 2 month period. Can you do due diligence for all of those before purchase if you’re not an ASE certified mechanic. <edited>Last edited by a moderator: Dec 15, 2018

You pretty much went through the exact same #### I did, I bought mine August 2017 and had to turn it in February. I had no issues with the people but the truck was trash. I stayed broke down and in shops. Please DO NOT BUY A TRUCK FROM THIS COMPANY., unless you have a large cash reserve or line of credit for maintenance. That 2 year warranty does NOT cover a whole lot of things on that truck.
