I have good H rated Michelin steers. I consistently run 110 psi in them , they now have 93K, and are rounding out and wearing faster a long both shoulders with more tread in the middle. Alignment is within specs. Tires are rated for a max of 120 PSI

If it was me...........i would run them at 120psi or more.
I have 385/65's on my front axle that i have overinflated from when they were a few months old.
I noticed at that time they were wearing on the shoulders so i increased pressure so the middle off the tire is pushed out more.
Had i not done that they would not have lasted 80K.
    Now they are at 160K.

For optimum wear, I agree run them aired up hard at max pressure and keep the toe in dialed in. This goes for any tire but especially steers. Steer tires are always gonna have the edges worn off first over the center tread no matter what.

If there is any way you can avoid turning that could help too.

How much weight do you usually run on the steers and how much difference is there on the depth?

They are not rated for 120 psi max .
They are rated for 6,650 lbs (or what ever the weight stamped on the sidewall says) maximum at 120 psi.
Translation, if you want to put more weight on the steers, then you have to put more psi in the tires. Or put it another way, if you have the maximum weight stamped on the tires, then 120 psi is the minimum pressure required. Your personal automobile is stamped with the maximum pressure, your commercial truck is stamped with the maximum weight.
