You wait to get the drug screen wherever and whenever they say so. Do not walk away from this. If you do they might think, oh another hot one doing drugs. Next.
You wait. Espeically when you are potentially investing the next lifetime doing this thing.
Find something fun to do while you wait. Learning to wait without being impatient is your most valuable skill in this industry.WildTiger1990, tscottme, 88 Alpha and 6 others Thank this. -
This right here.

Yup. They’ve invested multiple thousands of dollars in you already. They won’t just have you sit there very long. Soon you’ll be wondering if you’ll ever see home again

Don't leave unless you can step right into the truck of another company after the new companies drug test.
If you leave before that, Pam will hit your DAC with a "drug test refusal", then your life gets really complicated. -
If a company puts a refused drug test on your DAC please contact an attorney. They must have evidence of anything negative they put on your DAC. Most Labor Boards of the states will fine them and pay you if proven they did it wrong.

Stopped reading at “I was supposed to”.
Does that mean it was your responsibility to get some task done or someone else’s task to get you through?sealevel Thanks this. -
Try calling every contact you have (HR, your recruiter, etc.) to see if you can schedule your own drug screen and pay for it out of pocket. Even if you lose the $100 or whatever, it'll be worth it for not losing a week's wages.
Be sure to tell people that you're really eager to get out on the road. Don't wait for them to schedule it for you--even if they tell you that--since you're likely being held up by an office worker somewhere whose file is buried under other more pressing concerns. Odds are if you keep calling, someone will take pity on you and schedule you in.
Unless someone yells at you to *not* call anymore--keep calling. Every day, every other hour. -
Before i can even begin to answer this. Need to no WHY you didn't do either, of the TWO drug screens you were "supposed" To do during training?
-
Go easy on the OP, the way they cram and rush them through training these days I'm sure there's a good explanation as to why. Point is, he made it through his training and I pin the fault for his lack of drug testing squarely on the company. That's not a thing they should make easy to miss in the first place.
