Maybe try out a local construction outfit or a van driving job for awhile.. 5 preventables is going to be really hard to overcome... I wish you luck; tho....
I have 10 months experience with 5 preventable. Please help me find an outfit that will hire me.

Why are you plowing into stuff so frequently? If your backing into some place and you get that "weird feeling" that something isn't right, then it probably isn't. Don't just ignore it, get out and take a look.

I talked with a Navajo driver in Montana.a few months ago. He said in his orientation there were 32 people and only 3 were left after 6 months. He said it absolutely sucked there...no miles and crappy trucks. Talked with another that came over from them to the company I was at and she said it absolutely sucked there too. On the other hand, it might be a company you can go to to get your record clean for a while and then gtfo.
