I'd take a hair test if it would get me a job. Then again to get my CDL I had to take a pee test at the medical. I don't understand their thinking, but I guess they want the top picks not us bottom feeders.

there are some companies that will take people with a felony. it's on individual basis. they review each one individually. just have to keep looking to find one that will give you a chance. best of luck in your seach.

 

have you applied for a copy of your DAC? there may be something on there that you dont know about or that shouldnt be on it, if so you need to get that cleared up asap.

 

I was a prehire at Werner & they wound up blacklisting me due to a Marijuana conviction back in 1968. Find another profession. iM LOOKING FOR ANYTHING.

If you're talking about taking a drug screen to get your permit to go to a driving school, that's for everyone. You take the screen, the physical and get your medical card. The school can not let you drive a truck on the street without it. According to the instructors where I went, it's the law.

 

Done, now waiting the two weeks. The good news is I am 5 weeks from getting my class A. The letter had the looks of a form letter.

 

If you don't have a CDL your DAC will be blank. It's just what trucking companies that belong to it post about you.
