Glad to hear that. I have to give Millis their props for doing this. An experienced driver deserves the trust and respect he’s earned.

They have been on a major kick for the last 6-9months about wanting to get some experienced drivers hired on. Going so far as to give away a jeep for anyone that gets a referral from an experienced guy hiring in. This contest has been going on for over 6 months and only like 12 guys are in the running for this jeep right now because no experienced drivers want to come here mainly cuz of the cameras. We have no problem getting students here and rightfully so as we are in my opinion, the best training company in the industry and our pay for students and 1st yr drivers is hard to beat. And our pay for experience drivers is pretty good to, but cameras are a deal breaker. So Ill give Millis major props for giving drivers what they've asked for. Last month they implemented a pet policy after never allowing pets because again drivers were asking for it. So for any experience drivers out there Im telling you you could do a lot worse than Millis. 70mph trucks, no cameras, fridge, micro, SiriusXM paid for, DirecTV and NFL package paid for, and dispatch that leaves you the hell alone.

I just saw that ####e. Ha! They won't watch me pick my nose again.

Ya know, Millis seems to adapt. Never thought we'd see dual drives again. Turning off interior camera after you're a proven driver is fair as it can get. Yeah, think I'll stick around for a while.

    Suspect Zero Thanks this.

Dispatch that leaves you alone. Amen brutha trucka. To newbies, once you establish a relationship with your dispatcher, you know his "tone" of words, he know how you run, it's a marriage. William is a cool guy. I know him like a book and as well, he knows me. I'm comfortable with Millis.

They do adapt. They actually listen to their drivers. Go back in this thread. We have discussed the camera issue before on this site and i know I've said multiple times...Trust your drivers once they prove themselves. Want to keep experienced drivers here then show them you trust them and you dont feel they need babysat. Now if only theyd listen to my complaint bout the safety bonus and while were at it and they are listening to drivers ...im sure we all can agree we could really use another .05cpm raise....lmao

You would THINK I would eventually learn my lesson. I just stated a few days ago that I had my worst load ever. See, the universe LOVES it whe I do stuff like that. Then it has an opportunity to one-up itself. Man, this is the most mentally wiped out I've ever felt in my life. What a day. I won't say that it was my new worst load ever. It was, by a pretty good margin. I'm gonna say IT WAS GREAT! And everything went so smoothly! Traffic was awesome, there was no construction, and there were DEFINITELY no completely unexpected detours in the middle of a big city with zero attempt to mark them! And the broker was simply FANTASTIC and I can't wait to work with her again! Yeah, none of that is true, I'm a terrible liar. Bring on the next worst load, universe. I'm gonna go pickle my liver.

They adapted the pet policy again too, since so many had concerns over the cages while driving they are just requiring harness restraints or netting to seperate.

I will say millis does a good job listening to thier drivers for the most part.
