American woman has cannabis on cruise ship

She got caught because she is a moron. However we should just let the dopers be dopers

 

or got shot in the Philippines for it

 

I seriously doubt that she "forgot" she had the illegal drugs with her. Drug addicts don't ever forget where their stash is. She's a liar and an idiot.

 

And Bermuda(being a British Overseas Territory) is particularly strict with drug smuggling-with heavy fines issued to match.
These folks need to READ UP on the local rules and regulations (and consequences) of trying to bring in drugs like marijuana BEFORE THEY TRAVEL TO SAID COUNTRY!!These countries don’t have the same enforcement like here in the United States..

 

In her case they are only illegal once she left PA/US boundries. I dont know the legal status of crossing US state lines on a medical card, id imagine its illegal to take to another state that doesnt recognize medical use marijuana.

Considering she has a medical card, i do not believe she is an addict and i do not want whatever medical problem she has, that her medical drugs are illegal while traveling.

 

I don't buy it. Even if she has a legit medical card, it's still her responsibility to make sure she can take her drugs with her.

I've never once forgotten I had a gun in my bag at the airport.... Or accidentally carried a prescription drug with me to a country it would be illegal to have. (certain medications are illegal in lots of places)
