    Must have been with Werner.
The new company will probably find out, whether you tell them or not. That new outfit is very thorough with background checks. Nothing slips by them.

That is an excuse and an unacceptable one at that. There is no legitimate reason.

The best learning experiences are failures.
If you do not learn from failure, there is a bigger problem.

@Midnightrider909 I wonder if your 15 year old kid walked into the room and said mom/dad i’m pregnant, would you look over to your other half and say “well rookies make mistakes”

    x1Heavy and Oldironfan Thank this.

I’m just saying I made a couple of mistakes and was lucky I didn’t mess anything up too bad. I learned from them and am now more careful. It is a big adjustment going from four wheels to 18. Still, if I was the one doing the hiring at the new company I wouldn’t hire the OP. My 15 year old would already have an IUD to prevent rookie errors.

    roel1177 and Oldironfan Thank this.

A job mistake, and a life mistake are not really comparable.
The Govt will never ban unwed pregnancy.
And last I heard the population of white, and black Americans is declining due to low birth rates.
    Look it up.
This is what happens when video games, and pets are the most precious things to individuals.

    roel1177 and x1Heavy Thank this.

I'm forced to agree. Pulling that yellow knob out before getting out of a truck should be set into muscle memory by now. This is one of those things that seems trivial, oh he forgot to set his brakes! Thing is what if the truck rolls down a grade and hits and kills 5 or 6 people? Nope, call me what you want! Until this one action is committed to muscle memory you should not be a first seat/lead driver. Sorry!

bigtssa, Oldironfan, roel1177 and 2 others Thank this.
