My current favorite, apple wood smoked ghost pepper. Really nice flavor and aroma, tons of heat. Not a sauce though..![]()

Powder is the way to go for the super hot peppers, in my opinion. Gotta be careful grinding your own though. Don't want even the smallest amount of that floating around in the air. I'm banned forever from doing it in the house.rabbiporkchop, Crude Truckin' and Oldironfan Thank this.

@Dave_in_AZ somehow I missed this thread. Current hot sauce is Franks red hot Extra Hot. It’s decent.
Some driver gave me a bottle of this one time. Not terribly hot but good flavor. I need to order some.
