You know youre a dead beat company when you reply on a bonus. Whatever that is.
I just dont get these mega carriers they implement anything just to keep a driver.

So now you don’t like Swift because they offer incentives for their drivers to earn an extra 4-10k a year based on their hard work and safety record. Ok...

Pretty much

Costco isn't ranked and do not get the bonus. At least not out of the Belleville, Mi DC.
-
yeah that guy is probably an OTR helping out. If assigned dedicated, he won’t get the bonus.

Depends on the account. Some do, some don't.

I’m in the Great Lakes Regional fleet which is Costco out of Morris, IL. We’ve got the bonus since I started in 2015.
We used to cover all of the stores that the Belleville MI DC now delivers to before it opened a couple of years ago. -
I run out of Costco in Belleville, ran local for a year, and now regional for the past year. No bonuses. No ranking.
-
My guess is that your runs are much shorter than GLR. We deliver mostly to Minneapolis and KC which is 400-450 miles. Then we get a load back to the Chicago area to pickup again in Morris. This makes us more of a line haul fleet.
I’m guessing most of your runs are in the 200-250 range you just mt back to the DC same day. Just a guess though.Alluem Thanks this. -
Not same day runs, but the longest run is typically 341 miles. Costco recently took over a lot of the runs with their own drivers, so I'm not sure how that affected the day cab drivers or how it will affect me on regional. Time will tell, I guess.
