    nope. annual increase announced during our spring P&D meeting. Takes effect first full week of May. the 2 I have witnessed have been 2.5cpm and up plus hourly increase for top rate. lesser amounts for the 3 tiers below.

    reasonable to assume we will hit 70cpm next spring. we have a profit margin of 12% plus. this is after aquisitions, facility expansions, equipment purchases etc.

    To me, Dayton is an easy top 3 LTL to work for. Great company that takes care of its employees.

    Lolol that was my home terminal for a couple years. It used to be kind of nice, but I hear it's gone way downhill.

    so I chose toledo for first leg of my run tonight. get sent to dayton after with an empty.

    not sure why, unless its safety reward, but here they are grilling out steaks. good cuts too. for all drivers coming through.

    was told at our monday safety meeting our yard has went 588 days injury free. our grill with be going some time this week.
