Well, no. What you describe is a car hauler. A car puller is a person or crew works at the larger auctions around the country and for a fee "pulls" the cars out of the auction so when the truck shows up all the driver has to do is load them up. A driver can spend 4-5 hours at an auction looking for the vehicles, sitting in line at the gate and so on. I have walked as much as 5 miles before just to coral up 9 units, so $ 6-7 a car is well worth it especially in the era of E-logs.
