If you're just looking for simple fitness a gym is a waste of money.
Run a couple miles a day and do some push-ups you can do that anywhere
Best gym to join for OTR truckers?

Another option is to join Planet Flatbed. Throwing chains and wrassling hundred pound tarps in gale force winds will give you a complete workout. PF dues aren't monetary out of your pocket, they come from your character account. PF pays you $$$ to exercise. Best deal out there.
Ke6gwf, Peelsession and SHOJim Thank this. -
Just find a lot lizard and do " push ups"

I am amazed at the "answers" you recieved to your question, very few gave an actually real world solution. I guess this is typical from "truck drivers". I would be astonished if this didn't chase you away from asking any other questions. In case anyone would like to know here is what I have found recently as far as accessibility for trucks (national chains)
Planet fitness has the most "gyms" with accessible parking lots (not all just the most)
24 hour fitness comes in second but not closely. (This chain merged with LA fitness )
Anytime fitness has some places that are near a place to park but tend to be closer congested areas (although they seem to have the most gyms)
I have found a lot of crossfit affiliated gyms accessible but not sure how they do their national type memberships
I personally do mostly weighted calisthenics but not as much when having to park in a truck stop (take a deep breath in one of these piss lots, these people don't think it's wrong to just step out their truck and pee or deficate. It's like being in a border town in August)
Yes having equipment with you is a plus
Bicycles are great(if you can carry one)
Uber can be a saving grace(if money and time allows)
Being a flatbedder (depending on loads) is a workout(did that for 15 years) but is not consistent.
The biggest thing with getting fit and staying healthy is diet and just showing up to workout.
I use the movement athlete app along with day passes at gyms near where I am. Hope this has helped you on your journey of fitness.BlueThunderr Thanks this. -
I hit up the Petro in NJ occasionally and they have a gym. Never, ever saw anyone in it, though. lol. Its just something people look at as they walk out the door with their 20 red bulls and slim jims.BlueThunderr and shogun Thank this.

Anytime Fitness is a good gym and they have lots of locations. Big city, small town, and everything in between.

Just go local and do food service like Sysco

LTL local flatbed can be a good workout.
