Has that block ever been decked or counter bored @cke?

Why was it overhauled last time? Just high mileage or did something go wrong? Just wondering.

Yeah, he might as well have put them against each other and belly wrapped it. Wedge the outsides. So dangerous when you have something that rolls so easily.

San Diego, CA. Unloading about 400 tires, said they’d take 4 hours..it’s now been 5 hours and 37 minutes..

@cke As much as you dont want to hear it, my money is on a blown head gasket as well, most likely due to a low or cracked liner. Those E models won't last with the protrusion on the low end of the spec. Ask me how I know lol. If you ruled out the compressor, it's time to get it apart unfortunately and I would plan on cutting the block. Good luck.

I like to put a temp gun on the manifold at first start up. Sometimes you can narrow down the problem area.

Same little wooden wedges as laying on the trailer. They are about 20" apart.

A driver lost one of these a few years ago just about 9 miles from the plant on I-64.
It went over the edge of the bridge and killed a woman on the back of her husbands motorcycle. Rule at this plant since is anything round requires being belly wrapped / Choked.

IMG_8714.PNG IMG_8715.PNG Hauling 3 at a time, I place mine in single file with wedges nailed in place and a belly wrap in 1 chain each.

I was told he doesn't have the cribbing to haul like I do, so he doubled up. Using this lifting device they have to be separated when side by side.

I'm not good with words but I hope that's clear as mud :)

Y'all be safe out there.... there's only one YOU!
