They are also removing the driver facing cameras they have already installed, unless the driver wants to keep it. I can't imagine any driver wanting to keep it though.

I drive for AG Trucking and we have driver facing camera and i hate it so much that if someone started a petition to take them out i would sign it asap.
No forward facing cam. Which sucks cause these 4wheelers make me crash all the time.
(what would have happened if i werent such a great driver) -
Has anyone heard of a company requiring lease on owner operators to run cameras?
-
I have never heard that one before.
These companies should give you the choice to sign a disclosure agreement for these cameras, its an invasion of privacy -
Drive, or eat, make a decision, my trucks cabs are not a diner, and if caught eating while driving I wouldn't hesitate to fire the driver myself.
-
How about when I get caught masturbating you donkey

I know Napa Transportation requires owner ops to have camera.
-
I believe hurricane express does
-
FedEx Ground, I believe...

I don’t know what kind of yahoos you’re used to dealing with, but some of us including myself can eat a hot dog going down the road with no trouble at all.
And, horror of horrors... I will be smoking a cigarette afterwards like I’ve done every single day for the last nearly 18 years without any truck I’ve ever driven receiving a scratch.
If you have to adopt this type of attitude with your drivers, you need new drivers.Kidd05, RoadCall, Metallica88 and 3 others Thank this.
