    If you are about stains on the pipe could be drops from cab bottom or fuel with soot from aftertreatment injector. Check the gasket under V clamp.

    Looks like oil but probably fuel. Try to tighten clamp.Have you been letting it low idle?

    thank you very much for the answer. Yes, the clamp is fine, I checked it today. Now I’m on the road I can’t say about engine idling right now
