You already have an hour leeway. Drive 10 find a spot in the last hour. Every little bit of leeway will be taken and used as even more standard driving time. Then folks will want more and more.

 

That’s a valid point. I rarely get close to going over as i usually am landed by 10.5hrs but if you are stuck in traffic in a bug city and your 14 hos are from 10pm-noon and you’re stuck in Chiraq you could be in trouble if there’s an accident or something that brings the road to a halt.
