Been here a month, great company to work for but that have their flaws just as any company does. In a month I have run a total of 5485 miles, tarped every load except 1. Been laid over at the end of every load anywhere from 1 thru 4 days. Don't count your layover pay because thay have many ways of cheating you out of it. Stay away from fleet 26 (the board i am on ) dont bother calling and asking questions because thay wont be answered, or if you leave a voice mail no one will return your calls. I love the equipment and the company seams to be very good overall. Just not many miles and the cheating drivers out of layover pay is not so good.

#### im goin to orientation on monday -
Realtime ! Good Luck with orentation, it was a lot of fun for me. Don't think I am saying it is a bad company, it really isn't. Just that some of the DM's don't do a very good job, The freight is very slow and layovers are a weekly occurence. Other than that it is great here, insurance seems to be excellent, equipment is top of the line, and thay do not hassel you at all. When the freight gets moving I am quiet sure things will be excellent here. Good Luck

sometimes. but i understand you have to take your tarps and MAYBE binders??

Having never done flatbed, I had no idea. Thanks for the answer!

I think the tarps weigh more than I do, which is why I never even considered flatbed.
