Thinking of dropping my authority

left click on the moniker of the person you want to send a PM....then left click on "start a conversation" in the box that pops up

 

What in Sam Hill is a "moniker"? That single looking glass thing that Kernel Klink on Hogan's Hero's used to wear in one eye maybe? Or Mr. Peanut?
I left click on Bdog's profile pic and a popup box does come up, but it doesn't include a "Start Conversation" link like a lot of them do for some reason...

 

It does for me when I click on Bdog. Yours shows no link.

 

No clue why. I tried it over and over...no "start conversation" link shows up when I see his pop up box with his profile. I even went through a couple of those options and still no way to PM him. Do you have to "FOLLOW" someone to be eligible for PM maybe?

 

A "moniker" is another term for "handle" as in your CB handle....a name you chose for yourself other than your name on your birth (or death) certificate. Col. Klink wore a monicle.
So I'm thinking you might be one of those tin foil hatters and someone doesn't want you spreading any conspiracy thoughts.......LOL

just kidding....

 

Sometimes either a mod turns it off or maybe it’s a glitch I’m not sure.

My start conversation went away so I had to go to the general board discussion area and make a thread about it. They got me fixed up.

The record matching USDOT Number = XXXXXXXX is INACTIVE in the SAFER database

I inactivated my numbers in 2011. I look them up from time to time and make sure the numbers still show up in SAFER Web. Should I decide to strike out on my own again, reactivating my numbers from 2008 is quite simple.

 

For 3 grand DO NOT let it go. It’s worth some money. Maybe 50 to 60k. Why not get some one to lease on under it?
