    You may or may not need to turn daylight savings time “off” to make your time zone (CST, EST, etc) match real time......

    Answer to all questions
    Just shut all power off to truck by switch on floor driver side.
    Wait 20min let ECM completely turn off
    Then power back on everything should reset itself.

    I asked this question a while ago. I did turn off the master power switch. In fact it was turned off every weekend before I got it, and every weekend I used the truck. NOTHING except connecting the truck to a computer in the shop fixed the problem.

    I adjusted the timezone among all possible timezones and adjusted DST on/off as well and the truck remained a few hours away from the correct time. It might have even remained a few hours and numerous minutes away fom correct local time. That's all in the past now. thanks for all replies.

    No need of me sayin then its not a normal 24 hr clock as we know it..

    Press and hold the directional switch to the right for approx. 4 to 5 seconds. That will open the menus, select setup, set time and date, and 12 or 24 hour clock. Rather simple. I have the experience of a little kid. It took about 20 seconds to figure out.
