Hey guys, I have been getting a crank case pressure code coming up, changed the sensor and checked out the plug seems to be ok. Anyone have any other ideas it might be? The motor was rebuilt and has about 400 hours on it.

Make sure the crankcase vent isn't plugging up. This time of year with lower temperatures they can freeze up.
-
I have pulled it out and it still threw the crank code
-
Pull test the wires just behind the plug/ connector @ the sensor. The copper can break inside the insulation due to engine vibration. Also check for wire rubs around the steel P clips around the front cover LH lower.
-
Does it have a crank case filter like the newer isx's, a squarish looking flat thing on the driver side of the motor? I know on the 2012 and 2013 we had at my old job both needed filters when the code popped up

Ok thanks I'll give that a try, I hope it's not like a spung ring or somethingGoodysnap Thanks this.

What is the actual code?
-
Its crank case pressure sensor high voltage.
-
Signal voltage out of range high would be a bad sensor or shorted wiring to another power source. Since you already changed the sensor, you are looking at a short in the harness somewhere.

Ok thank you sir!
