Is that a question or a general mindless knee jerk statement? I can't tell since you obviously lack a firm grasp of English grammar.
EDIT: My apologies for my own knee jerk reaction to your comment. I was unaware of the movie reference. I stopped giving Hollywood my money a long time ago and I haven't owned a TV on over 10 years. They don't call it "programming" for nothing.Last edited: Nov 11, 2018
Brettj3876 and Sirscrapntruckalot Thank this. -
I agree but it's a State's rights issue. The Feds have zero say. It's unconstitutional. Hence you see so many states using nullification to add it to their respective economies. America died in 1861 when the Feds made the ultimate power move. Lincoln was a tyrant. Most people don't even know how he locked Congress up in Annapolis. The Feds have been out of control ever since. Ironically, it's totally legal to grow up to 6 plants in the nation's Capitol for any purpose whatsoever.Last edited: Nov 11, 2018
Brettj3876, Badmon, Pedigreed Bulldog and 2 others Thank this. -
Marijuana should fall under the 10th Amendment IMHO, but good luck getting anyone to say that in public at all let alone on the floor of Congress, lest they be seen as being in favor of the evil demon weed.
Sirscrapntruckalot, Badmon and DSK333 Thank this. -
I love all these Constitutional law experts that seem to be driving a truck. Seems to me they would be making argument's before the SCOTUS NOT driving trucks. Or is it that the courts don'r accept diplomas from Truck Stop University!

In a perfect world I would agree. However the 10th was virtually destroyed in the latter part of the 19th century. The Federal Government (In my opinion) has used the Supremacy clause in Article VI of the Constitution to render most of the 10th moot. If I took the time I could list at least a dozen places where the Federal Government (again in my opinion) is illegally involved.
The problem with my opinion is I am not an attorney and my legal opinion is about as valuable as a tossed losing scratch off in the trash! -
All correct... But
It comes in a HUGE box with red security label. Making anyone who walks out with their package, a target.
My GF picked hers up a couple of weeks ago. I couldn’t believe the “discreet” packaging. -
I'm not an attorney either but my son is and my sister is. They specialize mostly in human rights issues but their firm does a little of everything.
It's fun to ask them a legal question when they're together and then watch them argue with each other about the rule of law or how the law applies.Feedman Thanks this. -
It was a movie quote from "Meet the Parents" - future father in law is grilling future son in law whose name is Gregg Fokker.DSK333 Thanks this.
