I currently use factoring company which charges me 2.5% flat rate with no contract or monthly minimum. If I factor over 100k I get 0.5% rebate.

England carrier services offered me fairly good deal 1.5% rate when I factor over 60k which I always do, but I heard some bad feedback about them. It's hard to get out from their contract and some people had issues.

Anyone can recommend good company with low rates, and no contact?

    Thanks,

Do you have 1 year contact and then you are on 3 months auto renewal contact? Any hidden fees that you were not aware of at the moment of signing up?

St John Capital is who we use. No contracts no mess. You can mix which loads you want to factor and which do not.
Negotiate the rate with them, 1 truck is around 2.5-3% and we know a company that has 20 trucks, pay only 1%. We are extremely happy as a carrier <edited>

We started factoring with England Carrier Services several years ago. Their service was amazing in the beginning. They did go through some rough spots, as far as customer service, due to growth, but we always got our money on time. We have always been notified when our customer rep changed and they have either emailed or phoned to introduce themselves. We did stop factoring with them after the owner of our trucking company passed. Our contract was terminated with no problems and several people at England were very helpful in this regard.

We use Freight Factors for factoring and 2 of my buddies use them as well. Rate is 3.5pct for us and lowers to 3 if we factor more than 60k. Very very happy with the service and no hidden fees, no messing with money or holding funds back. They also have a decent dispatch service that a buddy of mine uses.

Saw this topic and wanted to share my experience. I am factoring with my 2 companies ( with a factor called Compass Funding, IL based.
I have nothing but good words for these guys, they made trucking an ease for me. I found out about them through some locals, and they helped me build my company from scratch. They helped with my authority, free of charge, and basically it all went from there, insurance, factoring, fuel cards, dispatch, all under one roof, uh what an ease. I was given a 2% flat rate and i have my loads paid within 24 hours. My dispatch dropped on me, and a Compass lady, named Gaga went beyond her efforts to get me the dispatch service I need at my preffered rate. I would kindly suggest that you take a look at this factor, life et. business saver. :)

I pay 0% for waiting 10-14 days for my money, i can count on my fingers the amount of truck load brokered stuff I do a year (usually tql) and they charge 3% for next day in house,

stop throwing money away on factoring

    Siinman Thanks this.

I've had a snaffu with leaving England Carrier Services Factoring. I'm a One-Truck operation.
They kept all of our Reserves, but also refuse to provide a statement of chargebacks from over an 11 year run. If the chargebacks are legitimate, I'm good with paying my bills. I'd really like to get some advice on how to get them to either provide a statement, or release the $12,000.00+ to us.

To me, the chargebacks should have happened on a monthly basis, or atleast annually. It also seems like there should be a statute of limitations on how far back they can go. At any rate, per the fine print in the contract, if them taking the reserves is legitimate, they should provide me with a detailed statement of those charges. The rep during the termination of the contract told me he would provide me with the document, and explanations of those charges, but as of yet, the communication has went silent. They have provided me with a Letter of Release/Termination of Contract Agreement.
