Why does PFJ ask us to rate them? They could care less about drivers, and by far prefer selling snacks to soccer moms.

If I hear "Welcome professional drivers,As a courtesy to other drivers, please pull up from the diesel island when you are finished fueling...Thank You" She sounds like this corporate ##### that just got it from three rich young guys, I Picture A Blonde in Black Slacks and Top in her early 20's

Be honest drivers when you respond to PFJ ratings. They are definitely gearing to the traveling tourist and 4 wheeler crowd more than what keeps them in business and started them, THE PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS!! We have been told where to fuel by our companies so we have to but you do not have to stay there. That choice is still ours to make. Remember that PFJ cheated a large group of customers out of their discounts and a few of them got prison sentences and a huge fine from the FEDS. Maybe they'll get the message and treat us better. I for one do not and will not use a PFJ Travel Center.

Of course PFJ cares about drivers. Their point system is evidence. All you have to do is buy 1500 gallons of over priced fuel to earn enough points for a pizza. A pizza that turns into a sad looking sorry piece of tasteless dough if you dare try to reheat it.

This may be just my experience, but curious if others notice something. If I give a particular location a bad review, I don’t get invited to review another one for a couple weeks. But if I give a great review, I get the invite everywhere I fuel for a couple weeks.

I'm rating this current Pilot as .........bad.

Sign on the door "No showers. Sorry for the inconvenience."

The bathroom is a 4 holer. 2 are out of order.

This is the Pilot on 5 like 5 miles from Canada in Washington.

    There's only paid parking too.

    OMG the huge manatee.

Further horror at this Pilot. No sweetner for the coffee.

The woman at the register has like 4 brain cells left and took 10 minutes to ring up a coffee.

She kept looking at me going "Why is it doing that?" Talking about the cash register.

Believing in brutal truth, I finally had to explain to her "Because you're telling it to."

What if I'd had a candy bar? We complain about people taking a 30 at the fuel island. How about a 30 at the cash register?
