Not exactly sure if you made the right choice. Only you can say. LOL
My wife was CNA when we hooked up. She took 18 yrs off to raise our child and go to nursing school. Now she still works in a nursing home, All the hours she wants 70-80 no problem, same with the CNA's. Of course as my luck goes she chooses 16-24 hrs a week. But she is my back up plan. HaHa

Still not to late for you, you know.

Not long ago, the articles were about record rates, almost like "if you can't take home 4K a week - you're a wuss". Now their tone changed quickly. Not much fun to be in the shoes of the under-financed buyers who'll pick up their shinny new trucks in March of 2019 when averaging $1.65 per mile could be the norm again. Especially hard for those who hired drivers and pay them 55c per mile now. I hope it won't be that bad for too long but it will depend on how quickly the new boats sink.

Things are really crazy now...I went to a local Volvo dealer to pick up some simple parts and waited over one hour in line to get them. I made some inquiries to new truck salesmen in the area and nobody gave me a single follow up call yet..They will start calling me in in 6 months though.

I predict we will be bombarded with a stream of the sky is falling, the economy is going to collapse in 2020, news stories and articles from here to the next election.

It is never as good as predicted and as bad as predicted but it is best to be prepared and never sell equities like many did in 2008.

My local freight shaker dealer is sold out of trucks for all for 19 already according to someone who sells trailers at that same place. Trailers are out as far as June and not taking any more orders right now.

Won’t be long if these rates hold before orders start canceling.
