Echo Sound- how?

    Connex board is the best for adding echo capability to a radio that doesn't have it.

    This thread sure seems like a lot of radio envy or childish insults, after all it's trucking anyway right.

    Here's what you need to remember.

    No matter what you operate, whether it's a radio a truck a car or anything else......

    Learn to do it correctly and learn to do it well. Try to be proficient in the things that you do.
    If more people did this it would be a different world out there !

    If you install echo , learn how to set it up properly. Done correctly, usually results in a much better sound than a flat radio , most of which don't have the capability.

    DO NOT get carried away with the timing or the level or you will ruin the intelligibility of your transmission instead of improving it.

    when I hear echo, roger beeps, or over-amped radios, I just turn mine off for a while until I'm out of their range
