Hello guys , today I find this and also excessive blowby and water droplets in blowby. No excessive bubbles in surge tank nor white smoke. Please advise what it could be . Its Cummins isx cm870.

Many times on ISX it is the oil cooler gaskets, not oil cooler but might as well replace heat exchanger while you have it apart. Oil cooler kit used to come with the bolts, now it doesn't. Bolts are usually pitted pretty bad.

Oil cooler. Your blowby is probably normal. Water droplets is normal.

water in oil could be a crack in the head the only way to find out for sure is take the head off and get it x- rayed.JohnC123 Thanks this.

I think a pressure test would show a head gasket leak or any leak if it doesn’t hold pressure
