It can be, but sitting on your rump bouncing around all night with little physical activity, eating corn dogs, and drinking liters of cola, I've noticed most of our guys have grown large frontal tumors.

Not to mention trying to sleep during the day simply does not agree with everyone. Some can adapt to that, while others never will. They are the ones that often wind up killing themselves or someone else.

Linehaul is the epitome of laziness, I know, 22 years on the same run. Not for everyone but if you are a real night owl and not get tired at all during the witching hours it might me for you.
When they started pinning my tractor prior to my arrival at yard I suggested valet parking as well
Rare occasion I have ever had to bang my wagons together.BigDog Trucker, Mike2633 and Metallica88 Thank this. -
I'm just so up in the air about what I wanna do with my CDL.
I did OTR briefly and put on about 25-30 lbs. I also worked for a local produce company and hurt my shoulder throwing cases of potatoes and iceberg lettuce around.lagbrosdetmi and Jazz1 Thank this. -
You have to be very careful of what you consume when you have a sedentary job since you are burning few calories. I bring one sandwich and apple for my night run. Only black coffee or water and you will not gain a pound.
If your pants get tight don't buy bigger pants,,cut back on the food intake or you will end up with bigger issues than getting behind the wheel
BigDog Trucker, Mike2633, lagbrosdetmi and 3 others Thank this. -

Here Concord Foods from Los Angeles, California area. They'll keep you in shape LOL! Actually doesn't look like a bad gig pallet jacks and lift gates. Still all that all that heavy italian food mostly 6-10 cans, cheese, produce, meat and frozen pizza dough can all get pretty heavy! Lots to throw around.
LTL city work you have stops to go to and you discharge freight and then when you're done discharging freight you go from place to place and pick freight up pretty standard gig.MACK E-6 and Metallica88 Thank this. -
Wow, thats white glove service!
