    Injectors getting old.
    Leak in the air supply.
Check the filter in the body of the fuel pump.
    Fuel lines collapsing internally.
    Air getting in fuel lines.
Cooling plate behind ecm has a hole.
Something fell in fuel tank plugging fuel outlet.

How does motor sound with no power.
    Does run rough or smooth?

I would check for air leaks around the turbo fittings and do a pressure/leak test if you can.

    Westgaform Thanks this.

Didn’t find any leaks in intake hoses but after I changed fuel filter. No water found after driving with new filter seems to be fine for now Never saw this happen before be nice if that cured problem Was a Baldwin filter any one else had this before ?

I would do a pressure test on the cac, assuming there’s no misfires, injector trouble, etc....then go from there

Under 20 bucks for all the pvc and fittings at Home Depot to pressure test your vac and while system all the way to the block.
Just undo the pipe from turbo to cac. Use cac boot and install pvc with your air fitting on it. No need to disconnect other side. Load it up to about 20 psi is all you need to find leaks. Don’t get crazy with psi while pressure testing. You will wind up exploding the pvc or shoot it out of boot.
If it’s an old cac, I’ll bet you will find a ton of air leaks in it and maybe a cracked elbow or 2

Sounds like you might have gotten some bad fuel that plug up your filter
