This is what I will never understand about manufacturers when they have a customer having endless problems with their product.
Give it a good try to fix it properly. If after 2-3 tries the problems are not repaired on a brand new product exchange it. Give the consumer a new one with an apology and a discount towards their future new purchase.
Nope
They will spend billions on advertising telling how great the company and product, is but fight the consumer tooth and nail and call them short of a liar when the sell a bad one.

I have trucks hauled from purchases piggyback and a couple times they came in all out of alignment which I concluded that there was something that happened to them in-transit that caused the damage. These trucks were all inspected and driven before the purchase of them was made, and no way did it happen with them sitting idle until they were moved. This was with two different truck moving companies also not just one and neither of them would admit anything went wrong. I also had a couple new ones messed up when they were moved to the dealer.rolls canardly and Feedman Thank this. -

Well I have to come to the defense of Ford here and also bash them a little. I just lost a Ford Explorer that had 276, 000 miles on it without any major issues. On the other hand, I bought a brand new Ford Ranger in 88 that wasnt worth a flip. As a matter of a fact, they ended up recalling those vehicles based on the same problems I was having. It just really depends on the way a vehicle is built and how its taken care of- the name doesnt really mean a thing. Either you get a good one or you get a bad one. Just my humble observation.
