Detroit 14l turbo squealing noise

Yes its going to be long weekend,but nice weather here in Florida!!
Well sense the Truck is from north Canada got my fingers cross on those studs.but i have fixed so many rusty bolts on this truck i’m pretty good at now lol
Wish i could get one piece aftermarket performance manifold for this but nobody makes it!!!

did do the pressure test today. Didn't find any leaks.

 

Yes turbo was from westernstar dealership.
I Did check the impeller.its not touching the housing.spins freely..and it had very little play.i’m guessing Thats normal??
