Pink Eye On The Road

Just use an online doc, and have them wire the prescription to a Walmart near you.
I use the online cash docs sometimes because they are actually cheaper than using my insurance at an urgent care, normally they are only 44$ including tax.

Be careful with pink eye. A friend of mine has had the pink eye from hell. Her left eye dam near had swollen shut, she has been on eye drops ever since. It almost permenatly damaged her left eye. It's been 8 months or so and still has to take the drops daily. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

 

Just a little FYI, have a driver who went home to pink eye among his kids, went back on the road with it, got a roadside l2 and the cop put him out of service for being sick on the road, he had it bad enough where both eyes were infected but he could see, he sent me pics of this after his OOS order. I had another driver who was nearby pick the truck up and take it to an LS agent's location with a yard, then had the driver go to the ER with this, he was off the road for five days.

SO be warned that a cop who isn't a doc will make the determination if you are safe to drive or not.

 

I don't know if it works the same way for humans but we've had cows that got pinkeye and they wound up losing the sight in that eye.
It's wildly contagious.

 

This may sound counter intuitive but load that eye up with Boric Acid....
