That moron talked himself into a ticket. What the regulations say is that you log time as sleeper, there has to be bedding, because it does not count as a sleeper berth without it. It does not have to be made up to Mom's standards, but the bedding has to be there if you've been logging sleeper berth. It looked like the bed in that video was slept in and not made up the next morning which is completely legal.drivinhome and F4T6UY Thank this.
