A McNuggets "Emergency"

I agree with the fact we should be mad at Mcdonalds for STEALING this woman's money, all sales are final!? Um thats all well and good if she were mad about getting cold nuggets, but she didn't even GET nuggets?!

Sure its dumb to call 911 over but the fact is if I were the responding offer MKEE D's would have gotten a very nice talking to about state anti-fraud law. Afterall, to tell someone the price for product A is $$$$ then tell them here have Product B when they paid for Product A is illegal in every state I know of.

 

And there was no "all sales are final". Because they didn't "sell" her the chicken mcnuggets, they only promised them and then didn't deliver. She didn't order "whatever you've got back there" she ordered the mcnuggets and they didn't tell her in advance they didn't have them. This could have all been avoided if the store manager was a decent manager and the cashier had a brain.

And yet..............the woman at the window still broke the law by calling 911 and that is a fact. *nods*

 

I just hope she doesn't try and go back
And get some added spit to the food
