Why hate Volvos?

Wish I could help but I've never been in one ...

 

Becuase over half the time someone does something stupid or inconsiderate it's a Volvo...that's why. #2 The hideous dash hadn't changed in 20 some years! #3 blinding auxiliary lights drive me insane and it's rude as can be!

 

Nuthin against Volvo’s.
Their just Hated by association with the Rude Jackwagons that drive them around the 80-94 corridor I deal with on a weekly basis.

I hate the product IN the Volvo more than the truck itself

Seriously though..........I Don't care for them because it gives me this "European" Image that I don't like- It doesn't "Feel" Red,White and Blue, Sorry- Same with Freightliner these days

Too Many Curves and Fancy schmancy designs remind me of sipping coffee in Paris, Or Tea in the UK.

Give me the Boxey,Heavy,Straight,In your Face Steel Truck..I Know it will never let me down.

 

Does 2001 model have front and rear airbags on it also?

 

Mine just has one airbag on the steering wheel, oh and the one in the driver seat. lol

First modification I am doing to my 97 International

Why every other manufacturer refuses to follow this dinette layout is beyond me

My 97 International with a 60 inch pro sleeper probably has the stupidest layout.

It has a Huge wrap around shelf at about upper bunk level but not big enough to be a bunk. It’s like it was designed to be a shuttle bus

I personally think Western Stars are far uglier than Volvos. Go ahead crucify me
