everyone is always looking, and just like OTR, ppl quit on a whim and go work for the next company, so there are ppl at every company that know you and theres always a hiring bonus if you get someone hired at your company, so the good ones are always getting calls to come over here

yeah some hire new drivers, some will retrain the idiots that have driven for 11ty yrs and still cant shift, it all comes down to attitude, the job is trainable, attitude isnt

ppl dont come here cuz theyre ####ing lazy, they want life to be easy

Here's a newsflash for you. With the exception of Quebec and most of Atlantic Canada, who for some reason think Prime Minister Socks and his jackbag handler Butts are the best thing since sliced bread, the whole country is being crapped on. Large. And the sooner the millenials and dope smokers realize that the better off all of us will be. The oil industry as well as manufacturing in the country is in the toilet and all Socks and Butthead can do is issue harmless platitudes and do nothing about it.
