    I talked to the guy who posted the fraud alert. he said his company has filed over 500K on the bond so far it.
    I would imagine the payout will be pennies on the dollar (like few pennies)
    With that said I want my few pennies.

    I called the shipper and they offered to send freight if I didn't proceed with collections against them.
    Sounds good on the surface but I have a problem with loosing money.
    This will be my first loss in unpaid BOL in nine years.
    There again talk is cheap without actions.

    These claims actually are not true. Interlog USA was never associated with Network FOB - they were two completely separate entities with separate management. Interlog USA was harmed by Network FOB closing their doors too. You can ask for full proof from them and they'll give it to you. Debt collectors are simply pursuing them because they have no one else to place the blame on.

    This is not a true statement, Interlog USA is a Intl national freight forwarder who worked with Network FOB customer and agents. We too were stuck with unpaid bills to the tune of approx $109,000.00
