Not true. A dozen large orginizations submitted petitions to the FMCSA about e log. All got thrown in the garbage.

Even though the FMCSA was very interested on feedback.

Oil sample every other PM (40K). What's a dyno?

I can't see any reason to put it on a dyno. You'll know quickly if you have a problem. Big engines run right or they don't.
