don't feel bad brother I been driving a tractor/trailer for 10 years and when I first Purchased my truck I tried to get on with Landstar. That crazy lady Lori told me that I didn't have enough experience. I said whatever and went to get my own authority. Now I been in business for over a year. Landstar has turned into a joke to work for. Sorry to be mean to them but they really have!
Turned down by Landstar, What company now?

Yep. I called thmy said hey you must got me mixed up with somebody else . Driving record only 2 speeds 12yrs ago no accidents . They asked me are you so in so SSN blah blah . Yep thats me . Sorry your not qualified click. So if they call me for a load i rip them good. Did a load of ice cream back in June told them 4500. On 943mi lol . 10min later they called back asked if i still wanted load i told them i was just offered 4600 on another ice cream load which i wasnt. So they said ok we'll pay 4600. Lol . I DH 200mi for it sat 12yrs to unload but it was worth it
-
LOL I think its funny that you can't get approved, but yet you can walk right over to the carrier side and pull some of the same loads that are on the Lease side...
-
Yep. Way i see it . Its cheaper for them to lease me on at 65%. Cause im gonna jack the rate up bigtime. I dont care if i pull their stuff or not lucky if i do 4 loads a year. Their rates terrible. Unless its reefer they do me ok.
