The EEOC acts as a referee between parties. You file a complaint with the EEOC, not a suit. The EEOC tries to work out an agreement between both parties and if they can't, then the complainant can file in a court. Hmmm. Your misstatements about the function of the EEOC makes the rest if your statement suspect. Just saying.

 

This company rocks from top to bottom I worked for them almost a year and a half. The only reason I left was I found a job I could be home daily with the weekends off. I’d still be there if I didn’t find the job I have now. If this doesn’t work out I be going back to morehouse Trucklines that’s for sure. You get the pay and the miles.
