I'm still trying to figure out why they cost $100+. That's probably the main reason I haven't bought one.

I am familiar with blue tooth from college and previous activity when it was new with females engaging in what we called toothing back then. What a change two decades make.
I choose not to have wireless headsets. I just prefer to find a good earth shaking 20hertz at 120 Db wired headset if possible. The 5 inch kind that can take the hits from the digital cannon found in 1812 Symphony. I am looking. I'll probably have to find a sound card capable of amplifying for the first time the hardware output.
The one thing I do miss is my solid State amplifier. from the 70's era. You cannot get that technology very well unless you pay a great deal of money for it. -
My phone, nor my headset go to the bathroom with me. It’s the last frontier for privacy. Although, I’ll rip a really loud one if the guy next to me is on the phone. Then moan like I’m in labor.

No, you not the only driver without a Bluetooth headset.Never had it and this is my 5th year of driving. But I am also a driver without a TRUCK navigation. Now,that makes life "interesting" sometimes.

Probably because demand never drops. Demand created and maintained by government.
And then you sit or step on it every once in a while so you gotta buy a new one.Midwest Trucker, JC1971 and diesel drinker Thank this. -
You just gave me an idea. Wear a Bluetooth like the Blu Parrott and carry a set of turntables. Instant Deejay wherever you went.
Like a rhinestone cowboy. Rhi, rhi, rhi, rhinestone cowboy.Lepton1, 86scotty, Barn Door Bill and 2 others Thank this. -
Bravo. I don't know how anybody does anything but local without a GPS.
