It did not. He's just a special snowflake that can not accept he caused the wreck (not accident, as it was poor driving) and is trying to find any excuse to divert the blame.

Where do you live in Tennessee? That's my home state; spent most of my life there.
@Ajax46 - time to get back out there; it's been 4 yrs or so since the wreck.
Navajo Express has a terminal in Jackson,TN so try that company.
Freymiller is a good outfit and hires drivers with a long gap in driving through their "Restore Program."
USA Truck gives drivers a 2nd chance.
Titan Transfer in Shelbyville has a refresher course.
Southern Refrigerated Transport sometimes cuts slack; try this company also.
Western Express in Nashville.
Flat Creek Transportation in Alabama.
TransAm will more than likely take you.
Ard Trucking Company in Lebanon,TN
Carolina Cargo runs teams to California/Pacific Northwest EVERY week.

If you rolled the #### thing after that bomb went off under your drives you screwed up. Somewhere in particular you screwed up.
A stone cold professional on the BOOOM would tighten his hands on the wheel, back off power keeping her above torque against the shaking that is coming in a few moments. Thumbs out of the inside of the steering wheel. When your tractor starts to shiver and shake down onto the blown wheel and it's surviving dual you maintain whatever power input you are doing until you either get it stopped safetly on the shoulder or some haven of safe parking or you maintain a drasitically reduced speed of less than 30 because that surviving tire on your dual wheel set is now being asked to carry twice the weight rating and will endure a rapid rise in air internal temperature as the belts flex and bend on the load within it.
IF you had a super single... I have no protection for you. Your potential problems include a destroyed air dryer, possibly blown off air tanks. Destroyed maxi brake chamber destroyed lines, bent frames etc etc etc etc. All of this will be demanding attention you will no longer have in adequate quanities in about 8 seconds Post-Booom.Lepton1 Thanks this. -

Craigslist as others have said for those local jobs.
For OTR you should look at some of the so-called second chance companies out there like Western Express, if they won't hire you then it's possible you're in a very tough spot. -
I had a roll over and thought It wasn't my fault. I was careful, focus and was paying attention to the road. The dangerous location was directed by the GPS I didn't go my own way. The location was a short sharp turn and bent to side downgrade road which I only wanted to turn to the correct direction without speeding, and didn't had no hard brake and no stability control occurrence but the trailer which was loaded with meat couldn't handle the turn which and got shifted and that was how the trailer learn to one side and went down while I was comfortably driving because I was on a good and controllable speed when the unexpected happened. . It hurts me deeply because I am not a reckless or a distracted driver. Even the police said they can't give me a citation or ticket because of the dangerous location which he also said that the state is working on closing it down permanently and further said that trucks roll over happens there like every two weeks and it's also a location I haven't been through and wasn't aware of the dangerous downgrade turn. For as much as I love driving truck, I did not deserve the punishment because I know I didn't cost it. The location and the cargo put me into the predicament. Please any advice of what truck company cam still hire me? Thanks -
@pressleyt9 - try USA Truck. Keep us posted; there may be other options.
