Why hate Volvos?

My dad wants to find an old R dog or super liner with a sleeper and rip out the e6 and throw a mech E7 with a set of cut-off rears from a ch with air ride.

@JPenn back to the oilfield pulling boxes and water transports. NFI came in and killed the rates so we bounced a few weeks ago.

 

I'd love a nice R model with a sleeper. Superliner would be nice, but I'm partial to the R models like that black beauty a few posts up. Mercury or similar coffin sleeper, twin stacks, twin sticks, and a nicely warmed up E7 or E9 under the hood would about do it for me.

I was afraid that would happen...the mega's always seem to get wind of things like that and ruin it. Thankfully they haven't had as much luck with the oilfield.
