I have no affiliation with the member or the price. I'm no expert in knowledge of trucks but I have dabbled my share in old/vintage cars. I luv to look at history of mechanical things and I know a good buy when I see one. This old truck is in excellent shape for a restoration and would be a great buy for a interested person. All the parts seem to be there and original. Which is hard to find with vehicles of this age. I did a little research on this model. The motor has a date stamp of 12-7-59 and appears to be a Cummins NH200. The model CC 922 CN7, KW changed models 60-61 and could be one of the first early models of a W900. As I said, I might be wrong and maybe someone could dig further. I have taken lots of pictures, some of them I am posting. If you want more, just PM me and I will email them to you.

I enjoyed meeting you today rookietrucker. Thanks for posting the pictures. My Dad had plans of restoring this old truck one day but he didn't get there. I don't have the knowledge or the resources. I hope someone capable will take on the project. I'd love to see it reconditioned.

Thanks Bill, I'm interested in the truck as well as any other member on here. I'm trying to get a couple of friends interest with me. I just don't see me affording this alone. I will keep in touch with you. If you do sell it, please let us know so we can remove this ad. Also, you can also thank me in the lower right hand corner where I posted the pictures(has a thumb and says thanks).

Wow, what a great project! I could see a lower level restore, keeping much of the original equipment for around $5-8,000.00 but to do a full restore, it wouldn't be much worth it. I think 3k was a reasonable price, but could you afford to actually USE that old six on the highway?

Ah, jeeze, I would so love to have that!
-
nope couldnt really use it in todays enviroment, but i sure would LOVE to cruz Grand ave in the summer time in it
old skool is where its at baby
you wouldnt want put it to work, but restore her for "show" and "tell" of the history of this fine americana machinelovesthedrive Thanks this. -
that molded in headlight is original to the first fiberglass tilt hood on KW's 60 and 61 only I believe.

What is wrong with putting it to work? I would love to make it look like new again, put my companies logo on it and use it for local runs. it would get attention for the business and get an old peice of iron working again. I love old trucks.
